probaby he was using the t68i to talk on the phone, and a Nokia phone to take the pervy pics lol. i think he was pretending to be on the phone lol so the girl wouldnt think nothink of it. lol an expert perv he is, looks like he has being doing this for yrs.
Will people agree with me that if she was wearing a long skirt down to her foot, this wouldnt of happened right?

Probably not. Or trousers. But she shouldn't have to think about how she dresses because she might be a target for a perv wanting to take upskirt shots with his mobile. Mind you, if some bloke was crouching down right behind her and holding a phone under her skirt, I would have thought there should be a good chance she would notice!
