It sounds like she is after a specific issue of this magazine i have never heard of a back number only a back issue.

There's a drop down box where you can select to order a back issue, a new drop down then appears that lets you select the date of the back issue you need, which in your case looks like February 2004

well she says she mentioned it twice, I remember her talking about it, but she said something a back issue, so ASSUMED she meant backlog (as in a back catalogue) of unreleased songs.
Ah well, I've ordered the magazine now. It's lucky the allow selling old issues.
However if they DO sell it, it kind of makes me wonder why it's such a RARE gift from riverdance.com...
