I think this will be the submerged part of the hotel,under water....the other two obviously show the hotel above the sea level.

so the bottom of that picture, is the ground? Its confusing what im saying, so are them green things trees? cos thats what put me thinking it was twwo different designs... Guess theres no need for a swimming pool

That picture is just obviously just CGI....I can only guess that those trees will be fake to make the sea bed more interesting...but that is what the submerged undersea part of the hotel will look like....

I don't know?...but i presume they must be preparing for all eventuality's such as Tsunami's,earthquakes ect....

As far as I know there's NO 'fail-safe' thing on this Earth . . . had that 4th plane in the 9-11 tragedy hit the White House (which some says has a Force-Field device) then everyONE else will succumb to any eventualities . . .
