Was not at a SE centre but a shop "carphonewarehouse" who actually then sent to a SE centre as they cudnt repair.
Don't know prob, but basically some buttons didnt work. and were fixed and then broke again and again
Cost me nutting , and i did keep nagging them and they didnt do owt , i got very angry lol

Carphone warehouse care about making cash as quick as possible not repairing things.
Also was it contract or pay as you go?

Yeah maybe they shouldn't hire ppl who speak foreign... only swedish speaking ppl.... hehe, atleast Ericsson is a swedish company, now when they do the phones together with Sony then maybe they could hire Japaneese ppl too. (Guessing where Sony is from)

My W800i was away for a month and a half and it came back unrepaired! I sent it away as the SEUS service kept crashing on me and I couldn't complete the update. The repair docket said, "Fully Tested and completed all service tests" and "Butttons react slowly as memory is almost full." I sent it away with a firmware and camera issue, and i did a master reset, so the memory was empty! All Bullsh*t! I wasn't sending it away again so I tried again using SEUS, it worked and my cam was back! It took me all of ten minutes to get it working. I don't understand why it wasn't tested. I was actually completely disgusted with their service.
