I couldnt find much in my google search of "fish that swims up your pee hole" i may have to modify my search slightly...
That one in the pic certainly is tiny, lookls like a tiny tadpole. What does it eat, does it eat vegetation?

Here you go i found some info on it in
Wiki its apparantly called a "candirú" fish that swims into your urethra.
"Once in the passage the it erects the short spines on its gill covers and may thereby cause inflammation, hemorrhage, and even death to the victim.The little bugger can only be removed by surgery."

Yeah thats the one, though it does look slightly large to get in there! I would have thought females rather than males would be more prone to suffereing from its "technique" maybe it is an urban legend after all.
