It's still looking like March. A distributor told me that its supplier stated that they would have been released about 2 weeks ago. However, the shipments were halted due to some technical issues. This release time seems more consistent with that of the P800.

The SDK (Software Development Kit) for the UIQ 3.0 is still in a Beta 2 stage, and this is a good indicator how delayed the development is.
I believe you will not see a P990 in the market until the SDK has gone final, so keep a look on the SDK page:

I have just spoken with someone from SE, they have received today an internal e-mail.
They have been announced that P990 lounch will be delayed till may or after, maybe, because it isn't stable.
