Booyacka! hell Yeah (think of the dust boys off of the PSP commercial ad)!

I want this pronto! This would be fascinating & highly useful. If SE has an in house app for this; this will increase network demand for this device. IF it can seemlessly xfer over from 3G connection to WiFi.

But I want the app to be compatible with MSN/AIM/Yahoo/iChat video &/ Voice clients.

I would skip the W900i for the P990i flip keypad & all.

Great idea, and as far as I can see fully implementable. As long as developers will have full access to the camera, and the WI-FI functions, this should be completely possible.

I don't see why people haven't done this using a bluetooth/usb connection though... Or is that because SE's devices still connect via serial connections only, which would be too slow??

The P990 SDK is out.
Some programmer could check if there is anything in the documentation and libraries that makes this possible?

Video conferencing over 3G or over Wifi and the ability to show the other party where you are then switch back to your face.

By the way, you may want to know I've sent your suggestions to IM+ and they responded they will forward the "idea" to their developers, so they can investigate this issue.

I think you all should send your own letters to the messaging program you are using, so they are aware that their users are expecting this feature with the launch of the P900/M600.
