Thats cheaper than Ireland, we pay 20Cent per MMS, so that works out at 10 Bucks, stop complaining!

lol,right in that way,but you have to consider many economic parameters like wage,standard of living,per-capita and all the blah ,i think itll be on the higher side in that way.
