If it was someone really close,such as immediete family or a close friend then i would be prepared to risk my own life and donate my organs to save them yes.

I have carried a (as it was then) kidney donor card for over 20 years. I carry a full donor card now and I was discussing with my next-of-kin only this week my permission and desire to donate for face transplant, should I be suitable. When I'm gone I'm gone and they can have any of me that might be of benefit to anyone else.
I'm also on the bone marrow donor list and I have donated over 100 units of blood.
