I am just wondering why some of the members here are getting those 'cavernous' size of memory cards Are you saving full-length movies on it? Having a 128 mb card will suffice I guess . . .

im using mspd 1gb too.. no problems encountered.

and yeah.. it depende on the user if he wants to put in 64mb, 128mb or 1gb or even 2gb.. maybe they're putting in full lenght movies.. maybe their using it as thei audio player which requires some space... now if your the person who doesnt really kow how to maximize the phone i guess 128 will suffice

@baste - I only got a 64 MB memory stick (at the moment) . . . loaded it with some: pics/vids (short clips)/mp3s/ringtones/games and I still got 5 MB of FREE space (memory stick) . . . from experience, I know that I won't be able to view/access those on a daily basis, as the primary use of the fone is for calls and sending SMS/MMS I guess . . .

I also have a 1GB card and it works great.

I think the phone screen is too small to watch a movie, but I have the card almost all used up, with tunes (mp3), and funny commercials...

Currently looking for a good deal on a 2GB card...

SanDisk 1GB on mine. And yes, JN, it depends on what people do with theirs so you should not wonder and compare it with yourself.

exactly. I just bought a 512MB card and it's already full of mp3's. I actually listen to it quite often - mostly on the train or bike when I'm out riding.

I've got a 1gb sony ms duo pro and it works perfectly. I mainly use it to copy MP3s in it and its great for the morning commute - I dont have to carry my iPod shuffle and a phone - everythings in one place. I also put in some TV shows and music vids. Plus the extra space means you can capture thousands of photos

1Gb Sony card never worked well on my K750. Often phone would not recognise it and would have to power on/off to see my files which was a real pain. Tried other cards and gave up as i didn't really need the space...No problems with smaller cards though.
