there is the Wicos Bluetooth headset which is also an MP3 player...I have their BT headset, but I don't have their BT and MP3 player in-one. I think it hasn't been released yet. But i think they're the first one to make it. check their website:

why does everyone think the HBH-60 is an "upgrade"???? The HBH-10,15,20,30 and 60 will most likely have the same BT chipset, same mic, same speaker. I own both the 10 and 30... and honestly... I seriously don't think they did anything internally...other than remove the dynamic menu system accessible from the phone.
IT'S A HEADSET PEOPLE!!! Buy the one that YOU think looks good. I personally love the HBH-30. My dad 'stole' my HBH-10 cuz he likes the light on the end.
Some people will like the HBH-60, others Bluespoon... God, how boring would the world be if everyone had only ONE headset?????
