call cingular, tell them u want to connect to a pocket pc/ laptop. they will provision your account and u can use the settings i posted. peaceouttz.

Hi, thanks for your help. I called Cingular and they told me that everything is ready and they had no idea what is wrong and why I am getting this error: GPRS parmaters not supported. I set up my GPRS on T68i a long time ago may be I missed some settings that were not important if you connect to GPRS using a phone (which I do without any problems) but different if you want to connect your Pocket PC or Palm. ANyway where could I found those settings you are talking about?
