no idea boss. Are you putting the colon after the drive letter example /e:/ ? When I first tried it I used the format that it suggested ( example: "/a/" so I substituted "a" with "e" but didn't use the colon since the suggested path didn't include one - that didn't work). When I use the path with colon it works. It goes to the correct folder with the complete file listing.

When I use the full path I get the four permission requests, but it's still easier than drilling down folder by folder and getting the prompts at every folder level.

Yep, with and without colons. even tried /c:/pictures with and without the trailing slash. Nothing?!
is there a way to navigate like in phone manger?

strange.

You can navigate, but you have to get to a drive first, example if I go /e:/ it lists the folders on the memory stick - I can then select a folder and drill down normally.

Did you try both the jzipman links? I downloaded both but have only tried one and it works, not sure which links it was that works though....

okay this may be completely off-track - but were you connected via usb to the computer? If so and you tried to access e: it may just be a blank listing (because it can't see anything - usb cable connection blocks the phone's access to the memory stick), but if you tried /c:/ I guess you should have got a folder list atleast. but if you tried the full path to a folder on c: maybe it actually was empty (and items in the folder are only in the memory stick version of that folder but not the internal folder?

I realise that's unlikely, and you've probably tried it when not connected via cable, but just throwing it out there....

got in with /c:/ and e thanks now i can use opera to download zips too!

i see this app doesn't like folders with lots of files, the highlight bar disappears. had to move my zip to c.
