I'll recommend M3, as Peterkay has done. it's easy to use and you only have to choose your phone model if you don't wish to adjust the other manual settings yourself.

4get all the other converters like imtoo and xilisoft.

For a free conv, use Super for 3gp or mp4. For great mp4's use nero recodes mobile profile.

Remember max bitrate for video is 200kbps(can go more depending on the motion in the vid).

You need to use yasa 3gp video converter to convert video to 3gp mp4 video. It works very well.
