I drink fresh coconut juice almost weekly, it has a saying at my end that it's good for the kidneys, I'm not sure though how it differs (taste) if taken from the carton and . . . fresh
The drink that I don't like taking are: Beer and liquors . . . might as well take a glass of milk than those (I'm not a drinker).
