I think the problem here is the phones hardware/keyboard. I think you right softkey represent both 0 and right solftkey at the sametime. Not so sure whats the cause.
My phone hard a similar problem after the service center opened the case. my joystick left was representing "." and Joystick down was represeting 4 while still going left and down.
