I have just sent mine away. They said I should get a new one in a few days. Looked too complecated to dissmantle it, and it was still under warrenty. If yours is then send it to get fixed.
Edit: One down side though, means I've no got to use a Nokia, till I get my SE back:(

I got a refurbed one back, as I was told when I spoke to O2, that would be quicker. I sent my phone away on a Thursday and got my replacment on Saturday. So wasn't bad, and now I have a nice shiney K750
no scratches.
