Yup, King Kong is very good! Just imagine watching 2 movies in ONE! King Kong itself plus, Jurassic Park 5 ! The computer-generated-moves of King Kong was excellently done! Specially the scenes where he was holding Naomi on her hands etc.

@luke - Syriana is good too!

I dont want to see Munich...its to biased towards the Israeli's,..its nothing but glamourising a bunch of inhumane hitmen who were out to get revenge.

I'd much rather watch charlize theron in that tight suit, even if the film is crap!

id watch munich over aeon fleux, seriously axxxr it was shite it was basically the matrix, the island and, equlibrium in a ball. Murich maybe about a bunch of glorified hitment getting revenge, but its probally shot very well as its by speilberg, the onyl reason why i didnt see it was my gf didnt want to be home to late + the reasturant served late

I can see your point....better to watch a quality Spielberg movie than some poor flick.

but i have strong political opinions and such incorrect accounts of history portrayed in Munich just puts me off.....spielbergs lowest point i think.

I heard syriana is better.

No shit lol.

It maybe better, but I havent gotten round to seeing it, or munich either, but then again you may look a t a film from how correct it is, I will look at a film from a media point of view on how well it is shot and acting etc

I will watch Aeon Flux just because Charlize Theron is there!

I prefer to watch intellectual/political movies at home so I can pause it whenever my GF starts asking questions.

@axxxr: I absolutely enjoyed Munich, it's actually not as biased towards the Israelis as I thought before watching it. Spielberg poses serious questions about the Israeli state and their constant need for revenge. I think what he is saying is that violence has made both sides inhumane.

Thus far it's the best movie I've seen in 2006- mind you we're only 7 weeks into the year.

Lets not talk about Aeon Flux, if a movie is so widely panned then I ain't seeing it- it should've gone straight to video.
