I resent the comment about indians! Special thanks to stupid americans for that (no not you eastcoaststar) . Getting back to topic, why cant you argue that guys has send you a diff phone and the accessories are not packed with it? You have pictures to prove how they damaged it? Else, create an account under your wives name buy stuff from him and do the same to him. An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.

I had a different kind of bad experience with paypal.
I sold a couple of psp game to this guy, and he paid me via paisapay (its the indian paypal counterpart), a couple of days after the transaction had been completed (I got the money and he got the games), my paypal account was abruptly closed, with all the money in it disputed. On further enquiry, this bloke had opened several paypal accounts and had been tranfering from one to another to avoid some charges, friggin' paypal suspected mine was one of them. However I appealed and and they promptly reopened my account. I havent used paypal since.

Agree with you mate.
Ebay and Paypal were so commited in protecting buyers, they forgot to protect sellers too.
Ebay/Paypal is scammer buyers paradise, i also got problems trying to sell some stuff with those Nigerian scammers.
They f*ck up your business, and delay your earnings.

@ - Deb - yeh, one time I had a complaint against someone and they convinced me to cancle it, but then less then 3 min after I had done that they reported me too be under age to payapl and had my account frozen which was kinda bad, but I got it back within 5hrs

I had a similar experience with Paypal. The guy called for a charge back as it was a stolen C/Card. I then promptly lost £150 odd. Its obvious to anyone who knows the score that this was deliberate and yet Paypal made their decision to refund this guy with their eyes closed.
Hence i refuse to use both Paypal and eBay.

someone mentioend nochex there, and I have to say, I did use nochex and accepted it for over a year, but in that ime I had 2 people pay, the 1st perrson was the one person who left me neg fb, but that was because he didnt want to pay 2.50 postage on a 99p game, and the other was fine, but the problem is no one uses it as its not built into ebay at all, thats why paypal have 86million mebers, because just about 95% of them are ebayers

Paypal, i only use to buy things, not to sell anymore. They are theiving bastards not concerned with the public at all. They leave it open to make money off the back of scammers and genuine folk, i was a power seller, and had £1500 protection and that meant nothing when someone didnt receive a phone, accused me of scamming him and started a paypal complaint. Paypal returned his money and i was left high and "Wet" no phone and no money! I want to start my own online banking community. Like paypal or nocheck but better. Paypal are rude and unhelpful, but now they are owned my ebay its just about the most lucrative way to make money especially after the their so called "fees". Some one needs to put a stop to all of this.
