The problem with you guys is you dont accept any other opinion than your "praise

no matter what" slogan.

I simply dont like the D750 picture quality for all pictures are blurred. Not necessarily out of focus, but simply blurred.

Ok D750 makes good close-ups definitely.

Iv done my own test with my K750 with r1L002 fw versus a N70..
The K750 had the best pics!
I dont have the pics anymore, but we'll do another test!!

Most of them are poor pictures taken under poor conditions, but never the less, the D750 clearly takes the best pictures in every example.

The n70 pictures are way oversoftened loosing detail beyond repair, and the 6280 are oversharpened distorting the images beyond repair. Only D750 delivers pictures that are true to reality. And only D750 delivers pictures that can be optimised and worked with in a proper editingsoftware without being ruined, the others are allready ruined by the cams from the beginning, making any kind of optimisation or usability imposible.

Sorry to say so, but only amateurs in imagery cannot see the difference.

You dont let the camerasoftware try to compensate for the damage being done by a poor printer when printing directly from the phone, or compensate for how the pictures look on the phonescreen, by applying filters on the phone that actually ruins the raw material. Any proffesionel want the raw material to be as close to reality as possible with no filters applied, so you have the best possible material to work with in a proper editingenvironment if any optimisation is needed or wanted.

Its not about it being nokia or S//E (allthough nokia do suck when it comes to imagery), its about taking the most proffesionel approach when desiding how to solve the problem of taking a picture that is usable for anything other than contactpictures. Nokia allways trys to solve the problem from the point of view that these are only toys used for fun, and therefore allways try to apply filters they beleive makes the pictures look the best on the phonescreen or the best when printed directly to a printer from the phone.

I want material that can be worked with when transfered to the computer, I dont care how they initially look on the screen of the phone, cause 2mp pictures are not designed for the phonescreen, I care about getting the best raw material that gives the best possibility to be optimised as I want them to be, not as Nokia thinks I want them to be, cause they allways get it horribly wrong.

I could post many pictures taken with my k750 that are of a quality that no nokia can deliver.

I have seen and tested a lot of camera phones. My Samsung E700 had the best VGA in its class and undoubtedly the K750/W800 have the best 2MP. Coming back to the topic SE seems to have a very good white balance though the reviewer is very dithery about which one takes the best photos. I would have liked a more conclusive verdict from him!

SE fans here put down every move made by nokia and thats just it.If Nokia wanted to have the best imaging phones they could have done because they have resources.They dont have to spent extra money doing that cause they totally control the market.They stepping up with the n80 in imaging This message was posted from a Nokia

I have no idea how Nokia have been so bad with imaging. Much of the quality comes not from the sensor, but the image processing. Sony Ericsson have mastered this with the K750/W800i and improved it further with the W900i.

The K800 is ground breaking because of the image stabilisation, Xenon flash and the BestPic mode, offering good pictures AND the ability to get the right shot/moment. Pics are large, but it's the nearest yet to a proper camera in a phone.

The N90 had Carl Zeiss optics, but didn't take good pictures. The 6280 is truly awful in varied lighting conditions.. Way too noisy in low light, and unable to cope with strong front or backlights outdoors. The Motorola V3x is awful too (the V3i with half the resolution takes sharper pictures) because even on high quality mode, it compresses a JPEG to about 200KB. Why?

Sharp had a good attempt with the 903, but even that didn't do well in low light (And the LED lamp was a joke). The K750i has an amazing LED lamp, with the Xenon flash add-on.
