i guess so... its a worldwide demand with different respects in every region... its hard to publish all that in one go.
its kinda like this as always.. same with the release of R1AA. others can update then the rest kept on trying after a week or so.
maybe they had to address some bugs on EU2 thats why theyve released first on that part of the globe. tho im in manila mine was EU2 firmware.
maybe the rest will fall into its rightful place anyday from now... just keep on trying.
