yeh, the real problem was I really needed the money asap. I had 32 auctiosn approx 1800 worth, and spent that same amount yesterday on some new stock and dont have quite enough in the bank to cover that. So im kinda f*ked right now as I also have to sell that stock when it comes in. I do luckily have a backup of all my items listed (thank god other wise id be really pissed off)

I would if I could. I had 32 items on.... also just found this attached to one of the emails:

have been ended early due to your suspension for breach of eBay’s policy prohibiting Shill Bidding.

Please note that any fees incurred by listings ended due to this suspension will not be credited back to your account.

You will be sent a separate notification regarding your account suspension.

Now I want to know why they have the right to steal £20 quid off me, I've done nothing wrong and they take £20. Now maybe its just me thinking here but isn't that my money, I paid for a sevice I got but was taken away before the service had ended in my eyes. I do agree the trading standards agentcy should be involved.

I had a problem with them once, a friend was interested in a laptop and I told him to BID on my item, eBay said I was shill bidding.
What I did was call them up (their number was burried deep somewhere)
and sorted it.

hmmm, in the uk ebay do not have a number you can call, well they do, but you only get it if you are a titanium or better power seller, which menas you gota sell like £50,000 a year with them, right now im pretty pissed as I reached 600fb and have been charged for £20 of listings whcih did not stay on for the period expected. I will lose money because of this and allot of my times been wasted. they gota sort out their act asap

try and get the guy who was 'shill bidding' on your account to contact ebay, this might help. Good luck mate and hope you get back up and running ASAP
