Hi all OK this is really bugging me everything has worked fine from day 1 now erased all entries on phone and although shows connected and says is syncing refuses to actually transfer my appointments back from Outlook to the phone. Have uninstalled and re installed PC suite still won't sync any ideas any one as Outlook calendar sync is main reason for a PDA phone.

Ok managed to sort this out eventually, any one else that has this problem apparently the sync software really doesn't like reoccouring appts it can handle a few but too many and it really doesn't like it.
