Plenty of x86 OSX disks out there. Still can't be bothered finsihing the download on one.
@rocky: Mac development is also done on PC's as well as Macs so its not that big a shock that XP is running on a Mintel.

I must admit it seems more useful to run Mac on x86 than WinXP on mintel.
Still a very cool achievement. I like Windows XP, to me it's the perfect OS. But I wouldn't bother running it on mintel - there is no practical reason. I would be more impressed if they had Windows XP running on powerpc mac hardware!
If I had a macbook, I'd run Linux in preference to Mac OS. I like the mac hardware, but much prefer Linux or Windows XP to the MAC OS.

@max: I'm sure a regular USB mouse should sove that.
yeah and you could run a Windows Keyboard and throw in a PC monitor but then why use the mac hardware?

true? So MAC OS now has right click mouse support? That's a step in the right direction... (right click context menus are extremely useful)

The Mac has had right-click mouse support for years - since well before Mac OS X. I used a 2 button mouse back in 1999 on Mac OS 9.
Just because a computer isn't supplied with a particular piece of hardware, doesn't necessarily mean the OS doesn't support it.
Although the option to use a 2-button mouse has been there for years, Apple (for reasons of keeping things simple) preferred to supply a one button mouse, and for the majority of tasks, 1 button is enough.
But as you say, right-click contextual menus are very useful. but, I know a good many Mac users who never use them and prefer keyboard shortcuts.

I realised you could use a standard mouse, but didn't know the OS provided context menu info via the right mouse button as standard (I thought you'd have to use an app to map support to the apple key or something...).
Keyboard shortcuts are the way to go if you are sitting upright, but I'm lazy and lounge back in my highbacked leather office chair, and do everything with the mouse untill I actually have to type letters and numbers
