@jcwhite_uk, well I've done some checking, I dont know why you had to pay 1000 pounds, because here are the terms to claim.
Each Voucher ("Thomas Cook Voucher") entitles the winner (if aged 18 or over) to a discount of £100 on any new booking made for the winner and a companion (also aged 18 or over) on or before 31st May 2006 off the full brochure price for a package holiday (comprising flights and accommodation for the duration of the stay) for 2 or more adults advertised by Thomas Cook, JMC or Sunset within its brochures for the Summer 2006 season or Winter 2006/7 season to commence travel no earlier than 8 weeks after the booking date.
Thomas Cook Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with any Thomas Cook offer or discount.
The discount cannot be used as a holiday deposit or payment for insurance, towards holiday cancellation charges or with any holiday already booked.
A deposit is required on bookings over £100 and, if made via the Thomas Cook Sales Centre, this must be paid using a valid debit or credit card.
A charge of 2% (maximum £50) will be made where the holiday cost is paid by credit card, except when payment is made by a Thomas Cook credit card.
No charge is made using a debit card.
The Thomas Cook Voucher-winner must be the first-named party on the booking.
Limit of one Thomas Cook Voucher per booking.
So everyone those are the terms, feel free to call if you like, I'll sell this 100 pound coupon starting at 50. Any offers?
