jMSN isn't free -- it must be registered after a trial period.
It will however still function after the trial period, but you'll get an regular pop-up requesting registration.
It's only $20 anyway -- why not pay the guys who went to the trouble of producing it?

Besides jMSN isnt free actually. I am still trying apps out, jMSN looks good, I have the trial version, it actually behaves like MSN on Windows, same Smileys and same sounds and icons. Pretty slick.
I also tried Verichat, that is a bit complex to me now. I dont really need all that power, since I mainly use MSN. I will experiement more with the apps you mentioned just now, and post back.
Thanks
Ben

Hi
I have looked at them all, and chose to download EMSN. This one installed fine, but didnt work on my P910i. It kept on saying its connecting, but the bar from 0% to 100% went all the way and again and again at least 10 times before I gave up. Then, just like I said, I gave up
I guess jMSN is my only option for the moment. If you guys have any other suggestions I am all ears...
Thanks
Ben

Try out Agile Messenger, it has GTalk, MSN, Yahoo, ICQ, and AOL. Works with GPRS ^^

Hi
Yes, I like Agile as well, but I am not a big fan since they started charging for their once free services.... I am a linux kind of guy you know..
I still havent found anything that would suit me, but the search isnt over just yet.
Cheers, and thanks for the suggestion,
Ben
