Well remember i told you about the funny squiggly lines that appeared and i have to switch it off to get rid of them, it has happened in excess of 30 times in the month i have had it. It pissed me off so much that i did something about it, should have reported it ages ago but have been to lazy. They are picking it up, i guess i am just abit unlucky but i will be most likely getting a replacement.

Jagger there is nothing wrong with being a mac nut, there a brilliant, not everyones cup of tea, but hey we cant all be perfect, just kidding.

Enjoy your mac fatreg, i am off before this goes way off topic.

lol, all of a sudden? Ive been a mac nut ever since I got mine like 5-6 months ago, after using pc's for over 7 years its nice to use something different, my pc got to the stage where it was unusable, I had reformatted etc numerous times, but after all of them it still had loads of bugs, but it wasnt the hardware. Now I am a mac fan, and rate mac's as the best computer systems ever, though I knwo not everyone likes them -esp my girlfriend who wants to kill me when I go on about how good they are

Er no they are not poor quality at all, i am just unlucky, think of the thousands of macs that are produced there are bound to be faults in some, cant expect them all to be perfect.

Yes my powerbook was fixed without any problem within 2 days, it wasnt a hardware problem either it was cosmetic and less of the ha ha.

I've been using Macs at college, work and home for over 15 years and in all that time I've never known one to have a hardware fault, neither has work, nor the college I went to.

Personally I've owned 4 Macs, work has had 20+, college had 50+, 90% of my friends have Macs, and not a single hardware failure between us!

So, my experience is that they're very reliable...
