W810 also has various UI improvements introduced since W550 came out (background SMS sending, copy/paste text, flash-based menus, etc.).

There's no point buying a W810 now, you'll just kick yourself when the K8 comes out (unless you can afford to buy that as well).

why make people buy a k800, IMO the w810 looks better and you can use MSDUO up to 2G. for k800, you would have to buy seperate M2 sticks.

Personally I'm waiting for the K790 (non 3g model) if I get another

phone.
Doubt I'll get it straight away though.
TBH none of the new phones really capture my interest as much as they used to in previous models.

not making anyone buy anything, but the K800 has some serious advantages over the W810. Neither of them are real beauties (more rugged looking than good looking), but looks is very much dependent on the individual.
M2 good point, but another side of the story is that M2 is here to stay, and all knew phones from now on will have M2 media. So if they don't buy into an M2 phone now, their next phone will definitely be M2 based.
If you are only going to have the W810 short term, then it's cheaper to wait a little while and then buy a K800 and 2GB M2, than it is to buy two phones in short succession. On the other hand if you are going to own the phone for long term (two years or more) then you want something as up to date as possible so that you aren't drooling over new phones for the next two years.
That's the reasoning for my claim buy the K800 not the W810. It's my personal opinion only, not forcing anyone to do anything

In addition, I find it quite amusing when a guy comes and says:
- Why make him buy product X?
And then immediately adding:
- Mate, don't buy product X, better go for product Y.

was hoping they'd just skip over the k800 part and just come out with a wk800 walkman phone. lol. but hey, that's how they make their money anyway. from phone addicts like us.
but seriously, though, i would have waited for the k800 if it was walkman branded. can't live without music.
