i live in somerset, south west england, just outside taunton. nearest city to me is bristol...

Hey all, just reviving an old thread.

Got problems with the camera button on my w810i (won't take pics) and video camera (won't record - just goes back to main menu).

o2 said they'd send it off for me (will get back in 14days) but their system was down so couldn't send it off today (may have to return tomorrow). They suggested I call SE. SE gave me the above address (though thankfully I found it on Esato cos the automated lady spoke so quickly I couldn't write it all down). The SE man said I'd get phone back between 7-10 days.

What are other peoples experiences with Kuehne + Nagel Logistics Ltd? Good? Bad? It's just that I have like 14days left of my warranty so I want to make sure it gets fixed before this runs out so looks like I go only go with one of the choices above...which do people suggest?

frubes dont use these people, we have to use them at work for certain phones, mainly alctel (yippe?) and the last 4phones we have sent to them have taken 3 return trips and still are not fixed

sorry, just thought id say that.

i sent away my sony erricson W300 and it came back 8 days later and all was fine with it......

but i respect how you feel about the company, just voicing my veiw on them
