Call them instead as it is orange customer services who will have to do it rather than the shop. Just call them and say something along the lines of you need it unlocked as you are travelling abroad for business and when you are abroad you like to use the sim card of one of that contries opperators as it is a lot cheaper. Say this is the reason you bought a tri band phone and you didnt realise it would be locked. They should just unlock it for you there and then or txt you a code in a few mins and they will only charge £15 for it.
