Actually, it happened 30 minutes after installing! Good old Windows! True to form - even on Mac hardware!

It wasn't me - it was someone on another site.

Apparently, Windows installed fine and was running fine for 30 minutes until the user tried to browse available USB devices - then POW! BSOD!

Which is probably a driver thing.. weren't those apple drivers you were mentioning jools?

The Apple drivers just add support for Mac hardware that isn't available on the usual PC installer, such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Graphics, the Eject key, sleep management, networking, audio and keyboard brightness controls.

The Apple supplied drivers also adds a 'Startup Disk' control panel to WinXP so that you can choose your Mac partitio to boot back into.
