IMO the w810i is of a much better quality than the w800. w800 felt poorly built and like the buttons were going to fall off!

Well nice to so many post for the w810i, l must agree that its is one of the best phones sony has made But why for the love of l don't know who do they let vodafone uk put there crap software on the dam thing its a great phone it dosen't need new software from vodafone.
I say not just as a moan but there are a few problem with this great phone one being when you put shortcut radio in the up key shortcut then use disc2fone software transfer music come fone start and no shortcut its gone, also the main right key shortcut can't be changed from vodafone live! Main menu a) looks crap again vodafone plus now you have a vodafone sim card option which is full of basic info on vodafone NOT need. in the games they have placed 7-8 game demos that are protected WHY! same thing in themes as well.
The phone only has 20mb internal memory why load it up with CRAP please VODAFONE listen to the customer stop putting crap software in good phone, as l'm returning this one to goto o2 which has the full sony software .
