i thought to the naked eye you cant tell the difference above a 5mp cam?

well i couldn't tell much difference from a good 4 mp cam and those GP camera pics with just my eyes, not that i care any other way though...

The need of pixels are, off course, depending on what pictures are ment for. Taking a picture with your phone to MMS to friends doesn't require much whilst medical, or spacetechnology, a fraction more. Saying that, pixels aren't everything; camera optics are just as important. 37 megapixels with T68i optics would be a bit of a waste.
