How is the calender functions with K750i?`Can it sync with outlook and have severals months's info (A whole year's planning) without loosing posts?

Yes, The K750i syncs with Outlook. I'm not sure what the capacity is but you can set the parameters yourself (I go ahead 6 months and back 3).
