edit: @jiggy, well I could, but at the end of the day the user gets to do what he/she wants with it.
If I put a black one on ebay I'd get 700 for it, so far it's at 470 with merc and basically the person who has it can change the fascia whenever he/she wants.
to change it, it's literally, 6 screws, 2 up top for the screen and 4 in the middle for the bottom bit.

Im tempted by the black 8800....well actually seeing as you said it so easy to change the cover, Im interested in the 8800 black cover only. Do you still have two sets? One on a 8800 silver "Zebra" and and one fll black set?

Think I might give it a go with black/gold if I can find a black housing for cheap (hint hint!) Got a faulty Gold 8800 coming which is very cool.
Unless we swap... say you give me a black part which i replace for gold... we could have 8800... TIGER edition!

I would take the 8800 black cover for £120, got my own 8800 so just want to swap the covers....then you guys watch what I do with it....
