delete all of the data and WAP/GPRS accounts on your phone, then go to the Sony Ericsson support website and choose the Wap configurator.
then choose the correct options and it will send you the settings, be sure to delete your old ones first as they may be causing you the problem!

Thanx guys. I have done all of that prior to coming to this site.
I have:
Master reset the phone.
Removed battery
Updated frimware via SEUS
done via mtc.com.na and via SE webS. All say settings incorrect
There are no existing accounts at all.
I create a data account successfully, but when i create an internet profile with it, it says name already exists for other profile.
There are no other profiles.

Create an int prof in stream. setting or java setting, maybe it works...
