how can we use the files that are downloaded from ftp.i am talking about SE K300i.

well I think theyre encrypted somehow so you can only use tham with davinci flashing tool. You can flash them onto your fone, but to finalize the phone and make everything hunky dory and working you need to buy one credit for davinci (around £6 - small price to pay for a lovely unbranded working fone firmware)
