As far as I'm told, it'll use the regular syncing application.
Everything else is preinstalled on the phone.

Please forgive my ignorance as I've never had a SE handheld. I've been using a Blackberry for the past 4 years which came with desktop software utilized to connect to my company's Exchange Server. The desktop software is similar to Microsoft's ActiveSync desktop program. I assume SE has their own version of a desktop application that allows the user to connect to a corporate Exchange Server but just didn't know where I could download if it didn't come with the handheld. Again, still very new to SE and trying to learn more. Any help would be appreciated and sorry to pull your thread off topic.
