actually, youre not supposed to cook beans, as theyre already cooked, your supposed to heat them.
what about the boot of your car. they call it 'the trunk'

what you heat up your beans with... theres so many ways - but i think you are talking abotu PROPANE...
you cook with PROPANE on the grill too... some people just call it gas.
