Just a thought, you said you got 13 months left, so i'm guessing it's what an 18month contract to begin with?

So you must be near the time where you can downgrade tariffs right? Put it onto the cheapest one possible so your not losing out tooooo much, then when you find someone to transfer it over to, it'll look more appealing to them and they can change it to a higher one etc?

cheers, i had a look at that. but the 750 txts and 150 anytime mins sounded better. i will change tariff if anyone would prefer it, or they can once they get it.

it is sim only but i will include a z600 if wanted. this is a great deal, i am giving you cash to take on the contract. it was an 18 month contract so it has much more mins and messages than the 12 month ones, and when you get it, it will only have 12 left.

Well if you pay me the £100 il make sure your line gets cancelled and NO I DONT WORK FOR 02...but il throw some legal weight around and make sure they cancell it. Dont give up on the first hurdle.

im sorry but if youve moved into a area where you cannot get signal you should be able to cancel mate, thats unbelievible and i'd personally take actions. Speak to someone with authority tho, not just a customer sales rep.

Where do you live mate?

its a "mobile" phone.......

i.e. you are not fixed to one place......

they are under no obligation to cancel it at all
