ericcson of course. Nokia made that time rubberboots and sony... Ah, forget it, not even worth to mention. Many years later they tried to create mobiles or at least devices what they called a mobile...

Nokia was grounded 1865 but they began making electrinics 1960.
Ericsson was grounded 1876 and they produced their first telephone 1878 so I think that they are first
Sony and Ericsson became one in 2001
