nope hasnt arrived today, and he apparently sent it yesterday meaning hes a scammer. I ah just emailing him this:

I did not recieve the iBook today, I am not very happy now I have waited for 3 days and it has still not turned up, you stated it was shipped by special delivery yesterday and it is not here today and you cannot provide tracking infomation. Please fefund me completly by 5pm or I will be filing complaints through paypal and ebay to get my money back along with dealing with the police on the matter. I had hoped that it would not come to this so am very disapointed with you.

nah, they guy is to dodgey for me to let it pass. Hes now selling unreleased nokia fones etc, I think his account was hacked possibly or he may just be a total shafter.

Somethings not right and I think the faster I file a claim the more chance I have of getting my money back, I was looking at the guys bidding and recently hes been buying some nice laptops, ones whcih cost well over 1k each

Thats just not good enough. I now have no idea if I can trust you, you told me that it was shipped yesterday but not your telling me you will ship tomorrow. Please refund me and we will leave it at that, other wise I will be forced to file the complaints and take further action.

filed a complaint yesterday, I also encouraged 2 others to do the same lol. Now I have my money back and so does one of the others, not sure about the other one yet...

actually I think the guy did, it seemed that myacutions with paypal froze his paypal account along with payments in and out... he had little choice really either give us back the money or not recieve any more...
