Thanks ppl 4 all the help but i didnt go collage 2 day so cant test them out. Will do it 2moro but i think they will all be blocked like miss c said

get yourself a k-jam, jam, sp5 etc etc (windows mobile) as they all have msn on them and it alerts you when you get an msn message in much the same way you are alerted when a text message arrives so you don't have to be staring at the screen all the time

Good idea masseur was going 2 get 1 on upgrade but they were out of stock so i got the 8800 insted lol

How much could i pick up a used 1 now?

you dont have to fort out any cash for a new phone,you can get software that will run msn for basically any mobile, and its free. i use emsn. you get it from getjar.com

agreed but (not having used it) how well does 3rd party software work?

on windows mobile its all integrated nicely.

i agree that msn on windows mobile works really well.But third party apps do the job well too(just not quite as good as windows mobile)

My experience with third party apps on chat clients have been very good... Been using agile messeger (for s60) for quite a while now..its still free for me
