Quote:Think cause is not in version of Java. you need to conjure with structure of midlet (manifest etc) to write the correct path. Look for Java experts.

but it is...you just have to go the SE developpers forum to know that...

w900, w550, w810 have Java Platform 6 (J-P 6), something that w800 and k750 donīt have

the newer k800, w850, etc have a even newer and more powerfull platform - J-P 7

But then again, iīm talking about more java media players for video and audio formats like mp3, aac, etc...maybe a amr media player is more simple

Here we discuss about dictaphone (Java midlet) with possibility to play records made by this dictaphone. Version of Java ME installed is inimportant coz this midlet works on motorola phones with lower version than on k750

you canīt compare java on SEīs with java on Motorola, Nokia or Siemens, they all use different platforms

Example: I have an old pdf reader in java from siemens (2 years), and it wonīt work on any SE phone

My w800i saves recordings in the memorystick. Correct path would be: /e/MSSEMC/Media files/audio/ I hope this helps.

first of all, thanks for giving the correct path man!

And the space problem is really present, so you have to move the amr audio file to MSSEMC folder, to do this just connect the phone to the computer and do what you need

But still, the program can't write to the phone and it won't recognize the phones recorder files, so unfortunately isn't useful
