Cheers one and all, that clears it up, a great shame as I have over 50 apps which i use on my P910i so it looks like I'll have to buy a lot of new apps including GPS, bummer

I'm in a similar situation. I don't have as many apps as you, but the ones I have bought each do an important and useful job.
This is one reason why I won't be buying the P990 whenever it does finally get released.
