Holly grail - '12hours' - is it so difficult/unfriendly to set it up? You are still talking about GPRS - Doesn't it have EDGE? How about Wifi ? How much you got it for? Any problems so far?

There is no wifi or edge,
The internet is fairly easy to setup i was just going by the wrong settings from my old eten m600 wm5 phone, the prot settings are different!! in the end i went on the vodafone website and selected w900i settings which worked straight away for internet browsing, then i added an elmail setting for email, if i was in the right frame of mind it wouldnt have taken long at all. I did the buy it now off dazs ebay auction! £550, i sold a few blackberrys at a good price so the cost didnt hurt me as much.
I havent had any problems so far, and ive been using it pretty much constantly, the battery life is stellar, the signal quality is very good. It is so light aswell, i think blackberrys will be hurting a lot soon, i also think the ipod nano will be hurting alot aswell when the walkman version comes out.
The whole gui/operating system feels very natural, im also very suprised at how well the keyboard works. Screen sensitivity is brilliand, there is no setting up the touchscreen alignment, its perfect!! A hell of alot better than wm5 operating system!

It has definitely been removed as "Coming Soon" from the SE UK site. There are a couple of reasons why it may not have been removed as Coming Soon from the SE UK shop:
1. It is a public holiday in the UK today. The EShop people are unlikely to be working so its unlikely the site would have been updated today or over the weekend.
2. The SE EShop is NOT SE (and really has little to do with them) it is run by a third party distributor called DataSelect, so although SE themselves may have started shipping it does not mean the EShop has stock yet.
Have to say the removal of the coming soon of the site has certainly given me a warm fuzzy feeling that at least the P990 by be released in time afterall.

The Australian site also has "Coming Soon" removed for the M600. This isn't a sign that stores will have this device though. The W900 and W810 had coming soon removed for 6 weeks before any stores had stock!

The removal of the coming soon probably just means they have start shipping to distributors. Depending on location etc. it could well take a few weeks before you actually see it retail.
