Ok guys thanks again to all of you, I had winRAR 2.8 and it didn't work, so I downloaded the WINRAR 3.0 and it work perfectly.
again thanks to all of you for the time you took to replay to me.
My speciall thanks to George Daswani for the time that he took to e-mail me.

I think it's windows 2000 SP3 problem.
windows 2000 SP2 is fine.
