wouldn't bother with k610 if i were you - no infrared (IR), no autofocus (AF) and no camera led
- sad they've cut so much out - but atleast they have added the m2 slot...the v600i with m2 slot....hmm.....perfect phone.....

I doubt it...K800 will be featured in the forthcoming James Bond movie(007 using it ofcourse) to be released sometime in Nov-Dec...by that time,K800 would be widely available...this would be the time when most of the campaign around the phone will be launched... and prices wont come down soon...atleast for an year after the movie is released.maybe a wait for 1.5 years may see some price reduction-till the next K series is announced(i wonder what it will boast off-optical zoom perhaps??).

Itīs very very very very very expensive here.... with this money you could buy a very good toshiba's laptop, or a Dell good one...
itīs about 3 months of my full cash, if I didnīt pay my college!!!!
maybe, until Christmas it will low about 800 US$ (so expensive yet)

imo k610 is accepteable for ca 250 euro ( price in sweden ). of course it has some lacks, but as second fone its ok

Can you guys in other coutries (i.e. not the UK) get it cheaper through a contract? Here in the UK you can get the K800 for around Ģ225 with a 1 year O2 contract (50 mins, 200 texts), which is about $410US. The cost of a SIM free phone is more than this though!
