shes only a potential PC...
im sure if Lau became a proper PC she would be transparart as can be...
Lau wouldnt dupe anyone at all.
i for one wouldnt go and tell the bank that didnt take £25 out of my account.
oh and charges not being fair? your having a giggle?
how can they justify £35 for going overdrawn? thus putting you even more overdrawn?

Exactly! The bank took £50 off my mum saying she had taken £50 out at a cash point 10.30am one day last year around March when she was sat at work at her desk lol it took her 2 months to get it back.

@Miss Copperfield
I apologise for ranting at your decision to keep monies from Lloyds. It's probably none of my business to comment on whether or not you should return the money. I have deleted my previous posts, as I do not want to get involved.

About time someone got something from the banks! and come one as if anyone is going to own up if the bank makes a mistake and gives you a small amount of free cash. I would be well happy

just wish it would happen to me - instead of being charged all the time, lol!

Oh it it happened to my lloyds tsb account too.

Wish my bank was as nice as that! Within a day or two I normally get a letter stating the error.

On the subject of of banks and charges a friend of mine recently got over £600 back from the Abbey National.
How?
He first asked his bank to send him copies of his bank statement from the last 6 years. They have to do in under 28 days under the DPA.
He then added up all the times he had been charged £30.
The banks are not allowed to charge any more than
£12 to their customers for going overdrawn or bouncing cheques etc. Any more than that can be claimed back by us.
