I didnīt know that....
Then it will definitely "need" an Opera browser!!!

Why would anyone want frames?
It only makes the webpages slow, by making the webbrowser to have to download the entire webpage
before rendering it.
Use xhtml and css!

The Opera browser thingy isn't anything new. And while a lot of info says it's supposed to be included with the phone. it's not however. The browser on the phone can't do any of the things the hype about the Opera browser talks about. And you can't download the browser anywhere either. So it's most likely vaporware.

Just wondering... what does Opera promise that the built-in P800 browser can't do? So far I love the built-in browser of the P800... I like it better than the Webviewer browser I downloaded. Only reason I use Webviewer is cuz I can surf over Bluetooth while I'm at home. But over GPRS, I use the built-in P800 browser!

* Frames - don't like frames but they are common so...
* Don't have to scroll sideways. Can look at whole page just by scrolling with jog-dial.

Javascript seems to work on my builtin browser. Frames no, and small screen technology is still being ported to UIQ. Let's hope they will offer this as a simple patch that end users can download and install themselves
Now, if only Opera can surf the Net over Bluetooth like Webviewer (which connects to the net through any available connection: IR, BT, cable or GPRS)
